The NYCU Law Review is the flagship journal at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law (NYCU) in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The NYCU Law Review is committed to the internationalization of jurisprudence, emphasizing empirical research in legal studies, and fostering interdisciplinary integration. This journal champions groundbreaking legal research, advocating for jurisprudence that mirrors societal realities while striving for fairness and justice. Additionally, it seeks to establish itself as a hub for interdisciplinary exchanges.

Law Review information

Publication frequency:
The NYCU Law Review is a biannual journal, publishing every March and September.

Publication model:
Articles are accessible on our official website and are open for everyone to read and download.

Fee and Peer Review model:
The NYCU Law Review does not charge submission or examination fees. We adopt a double-blind review system, and every manuscript goes through multiple rounds of examination before acceptance.

Digital archive:
With the consent of the author, the NYCU Law Review will sublicense the published article to Angle Lawdata, an online database in Taiwan. Moreover, the NYCU Law Review has been added to HeinOnline since 2023, further expanding its readership.
